President Erdoğan attends 28th term MPs’ oath-taking ceremony

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the 28th term deputies’ oath-taking ceremony at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT).

Upon his arrival at the GNAT, President Erdoğan was welcomed with an official ceremony by Acting GNAT Speaker Devlet Bahçeli and GNAT Secretary General Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoğlu.

President Erdoğan was welcomed outside the Plenary of the GNAT by former GNAT Speaker Mustafa Şentop, Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development (AK) Party Numan Kurtulmuş and AK Party Group Deputy Chairs Özlem Zengin and Muhammet Emin Akbaşoğlu.

Later on, President Erdoğan proceeded inside the plenary to watch the oath-taking ceremony.
