President Erdoğan attends Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Graduation Ceremony

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Officers and Noncommissioned Officers Graduation Ceremony in Ankara.

Making a speech at the ceremony, President Erdoğan congratulated all the officers and noncommissioned officers who successfully completed the 2022-2023 academic year, adding that a total of 791 officers and 3,019 noncommissioned officers graduated from the Academy this year.

Reminding that 3,112 officers and 22,835 noncommissioned officers had thus far joined the Gendarmerie, and 351 officers and 960 noncommissioned officers the Coast Guard, President Erdoğan noted: “Likewise, 44 international students from friendly and allied countries have completed their academic educations and returned to their countries. Today, we are adding new soldiers and new young hearts to these numbers. With the participation of our new graduates, our Gendarmerie and Coast Guard will inshallah grow much stronger.”
