President Erdoğan meets with Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is paying a visit to Qatar for the 9th meeting of the Türkiye-Qatar Supreme Strategic Committee, met with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar at Amiri Diwan.

President Erdoğan was welcomed with an official ceremony by Emir Sheikh Tamim of Qatar. Once the two leaders arrived at the ceremonial ground, the national anthems of Türkiye and Qatar were played, and President Erdoğan inspected the guard of honor.

Following the introduction of the delegations, the two leaders proceeded to their bilateral meeting.

After their bilateral meeting, President Erdoğan and Emir Sheikh Tamim chaired the 9th meeting of the Türkiye-Qatar Supreme Strategic Committee.

Later on, the two leaders presided over the signing ceremony of the agreements between Türkiye and Qatar.
