President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the margins of the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) in Dubai.
