President Erdoğan receives Tesla and SpaceX founder Musk
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX and Tesla, at the Turkish House in New York.
At the meeting, President Erdoğan told Mr. Musk Türkiye’s moves in technology, the “Digital Türkiye” vision and National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.
Recalling that after Togg hit the roads in Türkiye, Tesla entered the Turkish market as well, President Erdoğan called on Mr. Musk to open Tesla’s 7th factory in Türkiye.
Stating that there could be means of cooperation with SpaceX as a result of the steps that have been taken and will be taken within Türkiye’s space programme, President Erdoğan invited Mr. Musk to TEKNOFEST to be held in Izmir.
