President Erdoğan spoke at the Balıkesir rally

 

Addressing citizens in Balıkesir, President Erdoğan said: “We will make sure that our cities are governed with an environmentally-conscious approach. Building peaceful and safe cities that are aesthetically shaped and preserve their historical and cultural heritage is among our priorities.”

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at the party’s rally in Balıkesir.

Noting that they invested TL238 billion in Balıkesir in the past 21 years, President Erdoğan said: “We will implement our ‘real municipalism’ programme, which we have prepared in this understanding, together with our 81 provinces. The top priority of this programme, which is our promise to our nation, is to build disaster-resistant, resilient and solid settlements. We see the development of services for such segments of society as children, the elderly, the disabled, youth and women as sharing the opportunities of this country with the people of this country.”

“We consider the strengthening of our family institution as an essential condition for securing our future,” President Erdoğan said, adding that the fund they established to support women and youth is a step in this direction.

“We will make sure that our cities are governed with an environmentally-conscious approach. Building peaceful and safe cities that are aesthetically shaped and preserve their historical and cultural heritage is among our priorities. We will stand by our people who want to stay in their hometowns with the support and opportunities we will provide,” President Erdoğan said.
