President Erdoğan spoke at the Erzurum rally

 

Addressing citizens in Erzurum, President Erdoğan said: “We have made public investments amounting to TL173 billion in current figures in Erzurum over the past 21 years.”

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at the party’s rally in Erzurum.

Stating that they have always shown their affection towards the cities and citizens through the politics of projects and services, President Erdoğan noted that with this understanding, they have made public investments amounting to TL173 billion in current figures in Erzurum over the past 21 years, adding that they have provided the city with 3,911 new classrooms, and founded Erzurum Technical University as the second university, with 19,000-person capacity higher education dormitories.

Stressing that they have launched a project of the construction of 14,919 residential units in Erzurum through TOKİ and delivered the 10,017 units, whose constructions have been completed, to their rightful owners, President Erdoğan said: “In urban transformation, we have accomplished the transformation of 5,435 risky independent sections. Also, we will resolve the delays in the urban transformation project in the district of Aziziye as soon as possible. We are determined to make Erzurum, which is located on one of the most important seismic belts in our country, an earthquake-resistant city.”
