President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the Isparta Rally
Addressing citizens in Isparta, President Erdoğan said: “No matter what other factors are, by maintaining the climate of security and stability, we have never allowed our country to deviate from its goals. Today, we are acting with the same understanding as well. No matter what we go through at home or abroad, we never back down on our determination to preserve the jobs, livelihoods, peace and security of our nation.”
President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at the party’s rally in Isparta.
“Türkiye has been subjected to many successive challenges, from terror to the coup attempt, from the pandemic to the conflicts in our region, in the past decade,” President Erdoğan pointed out, and said: “The earthquakes, which are regarded as the disaster of the century, have increased the burden on our shoulders. And today we are afflicted by the high cost of living and as a result, by the loss of welfare of our fixed-income citizens. We will overcome these as well with Allah’s permission.”
“OUR GENERAL ECONOMIC INDICATORS ARE PRETTY GOOD”
President Erdoğan continued as follows: “We will begin to see the results of the programme we have been carrying out as of the second half of 2024. In fact, our general economic indicators are pretty good. Our national income, employment, production and exportation are at the highest level of our history. As inflation goes down, we will have better means to reflect the return of this positive picture in economy on our workers and pensioners.”
Further stressing that Türkiye, with its approximately 32 million workers and some 16 million pensioners, is genuinely a player of a totally different league, President Erdoğan added: “No matter what other factors are, by maintaining the climate of security and stability, we have never allowed our country to deviate from its goals.
