“Türkiye’s diplomatic moves for peace and stability in its region are appreciated”
Holding a press conference before departing for the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, President Erdoğan said: “Türkiye’s diplomatic moves for peace and stability in its region are appreciated. We want to make use of this positive atmosphere towards our country in a manner that would contribute to our goal of growth through investments, production, employment and current account surplus.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a press conference at Atatürk Airport in Istanbul before leaving for the U.S. to attend the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Noting that the democratic maturity displayed during the elections in Türkiye has increased foreign investors’ interest in the country, President Erdoğan said: “International investors have great confidence in our cabinet and economic team as well as in the Medium Term Programme we have unveiled a short while ago.”
Underlining that Türkiye’s diplomatic moves for peace and stability in its region are appreciated, President Erdoğan stated: “We want to make use of this positive atmosphere towards our country in a manner that would contribute to our goal of growth through investments, production, employment and current account surplus. We make, and will continue to make, every effort both at home and abroad in order to realize our Century of Türkiye vision.”
