“We work for Türkiye’s development and growth”

 

Addressing citizens in Tekirdağ, President Erdoğan said: “We work for Türkiye’s development, growth and glorification as a whole. We put up a fight not for political gains but to leave our children a more prosperous, more powerful and more prestigious Türkiye.”

Stressing that the investments made in Tekirdağ over the past 21 years are worth 157 billion liras in total, President Erdoğan cited the 4,149 classrooms, Namık Kemal University, the 4,973-person capacity higher education dormitory, the 45 sports complexes in various branches, the seven nation’s gardens and the city hospital inaugurated in Tekirdağ as well as other projects and works launched regarding transportation, utilities, urban transformation, agriculture and infrastructure as some of the investments across the province and its districts.

Noting that all the districts of Tekirdağ have obtained access to natural gas, President Erdoğan added: “These are just a portion of the investments, services, projects and works we have brought to the city over the past 21 years. You already know that we have been doing much more than these to remedy the city’s shortcomings, meet its needs and solve its problems.”

President Erdoğan stressed: “All of our 81 provinces and our entire 780 thousand square kilometers are the same and equal in our view. We work for Türkiye’s development, growth and glorification as a whole. We put up a fight not for political gains but to leave our children a more prosperous, more powerful and more prestigious Türkiye.”
