Underlining that they have been endeavoring in every field for the children, the assurance of our future, President Erdoğan said: “Despite all the obstacles we have faced, we have paid our debt of gratitude to our homeland in a worthy manner so far.”

“In the international arena, we have resolutely defended the rights of our country, the interests of our state and the honor of our nation,” President Erdoğan said. “In foreign policy, we are not a country working to hear ‘well done’ from Europe; we are a country that is applauded all over the world for its upright and resilient stance. Everyone who follows international politics now recognizes this fact; Türkiye is rising above being a regional power and taking firm steps towards becoming a global power. Our country's key role in resolving crises is increasingly recognized.”

Underscoring that that Türkiye’s robust defense industry underlies its boosting prestige in foreign policy, President Erdoğan said: “As our foreign dependence in the defense industry has decreased, our influence in the international arena has increased.”
