“We will stand up for our rights without backing down on matters concerning Türkiye’s security”

 

Addressing AK Party’s parliamentary group meeting, President Erdoğan said: “We will inshallah achieve victory in our fight against inflation within the upcoming four-year election-free period. We will by no means make any concession on the fight against terror, and will reinforce the security of our country and citizens both at home and abroad. We will stand up for our rights without backing down on matters concerning Türkiye’s security.”

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the party's parliamentary group meeting.

Drawing attention to the March 31 local elections, President Erdoğan stressed that despite the countless campaigns carried out against Türkiye, they ensured that the Turkish democracy passed yet another test of democracy, and added: “We will inshallah achieve victory in our fight against inflation within the upcoming four-year election-free period. We did it in the past, and will do it again. We will by no means make any concession on the fight against terror, and will reinforce the security of our country and citizens both at home and abroad. We will stand up for our rights without backing downon matters concerning Türkiye’s security. What is more, we will continue to contribute to the regional and global peace today and tomorrow as well, as was the case in the past.”
