Jülide SARIEROĞLU

She completed her undergraduate studies at Gazi University, Journal of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department.

There is a book entitled Women’s Studies Handbook-Working Women: Rights and New Legal Arrangements. In addition, there are joint books on Benefits of Registered Work, Job Search Techniques, Children’s Rights, Examples of Best Bipolar Social Dialogue in EU Countries.

Between 2008 and 2015, she served as a member of MKYK in the AK Party Headquarters Women’s Branches. In Headquarters Women’s Branches; She was Chairman of the Employment Commission, Deputy Chairman of the Elections, Deputy Chairman of the Organization Affairs, Coordinator of Region 6th covering the Provinces of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia and Chairman of Public Affairs.

She was a member of the Municipal Assembly of the AK Party Municipality of Cankaya between 2009 and 2014.

She was elected as Member of Parliament AK Party in Ankara (1st Region) in 25th and 26th term

She is a member of the Human Rights Investigation Commission in Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

She served as a member of the Sub-Commission on Inspection of Diyarbakır No. 5 Prison which was established after the 12 September Military Strike under the Human Rights Investigation Commission of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. She served as the Chairman of the Sub-Commission on the study of Worker’s Health and Work Safety. Between April 21 and November 3, 2016, she worked as a clerk member in the Parliamentary Research Commission established for the purpose of determining the measures to be taken by investigating all kinds of abuse related to children, especially for sexual abuse.

Between June 17, 2016 - July 20, 2017, she served as Deputy Chairman of Publicity and Media of AK Party Headquarters. On the 22nd of May 2016, she was re-elected as the MKYK member at the 2nd Great Extraordinary Congress of the AK Party and at the Extraordinary Great Congress of the AK Party held on 21 May 2017.

She served as Minister of Labour and Social Security in the 66th Government.

She was elected as a member of the AK Party Adana in the elections held on June 24, 2018.

She was elected as the chairman of the Equal Opportunities Commission for Women and Men in the 27th legislative period of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

She was re-elected as the MKYK member at the AK Party’s 6th Ordinary Congress on August 18, 2018.

She still serves as the deputy chairman in charge of Civil Society and Public Affairs.
